Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified in any way
  • Products with missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair
  • Replacement parts ordered individually

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@framelab.in with your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product in its current condition. We will respond within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion, including shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product being shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, if the order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return upon delivery.
