Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch for most locations. Remote areas may require an additional 2–3 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time at Frame Lab's discretion.
5. Packaging
Every Frame Lab product is carefully packaged in custom protective packaging designed to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging uses recyclable materials wherever possible.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or undelivered, please contact us at support@framelab.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Force Majeure
Frame Lab shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or logistics partner disruptions.
