These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Frame Lab website (www.framelab.in) and the purchase of products from Frame Lab. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Frame Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

3. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of 3D printed manufacturing. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Frame Lab reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing at the time of order placement will be honored.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess a valid payment method. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Frame Lab does not store your payment card information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India via reputed logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Frame Lab shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, strikes, or any force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Frame Lab and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frame Lab, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Frame Lab products are designed for indoor decorative and illumination purposes only. Any use outside of intended purposes is at the customer's sole risk.
9. Warranty
Frame Lab provides a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper handling, natural wear and tear, or exposure to conditions outside normal indoor use. Warranty claims must be submitted via email to support@framelab.in with proof of purchase.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Frame Lab, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or services.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
