How long does shipping take?
We ship pan-India within 5–7 business days. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
Can I return my lamp?
Yes. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
What if my lamp breaks?
Every component is individually replaceable. Email us at support@framelab.in with your order number and we'll ship the replacement part — often at no cost during the warranty period.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we're working on it. Currently we ship across India only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway.
